Q. How much total price I have to pay ?

A. It depends on the package price. Our price starts from AED 1200 per person inclusive both ways flights and hotel also.

Q. Are the VISA charges included in the price of the package ?

For Georgia Tbilisi :
All passport holders having UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait,
Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia residency stamp on the
passport are entitled to get Free VISA on arrival.
For others, please arrange Georgia tourist visa well in advance (advice to apply at least 10 days before departure date). Advice to apply for e-VISA on https://www.evisa.gov.ge/GeoVisa/

 

For Azerbaijan :
VISA on arrival for UAE residents.
Its approx.. 25$ to pay directly.
Passport and VISA should be valid for 6 months further from the date of travel.

 

Q. What is the price for children ?

Full price for children over 24 months old. 
If you are comfortable to purchase by making
payment through bank transfer also you are comfortable
to share 1 family room for 2 adults and 2 children,
we are pleased to offer you AED 100 discount per child. 

 

Q. Can I combine any two packages together ?

A. No, unfortunately you can only choose to travel with the existing offers that we provide.

 

Q. Can I extend my stay ?

We do not recommend to make any changes as our fixed departures 
are well planned in advance with advance purchase resulting low price.
However in case you are group of minimum 10 person, we can do customization.

 

Q. What is group booking discount ?

Our price is same for all as it is fixed price departures 
however in case you are group of minimum 10 people, please let us know.

 

Q. I am a single traveler, do I need to pay anything extra ?

Yes, all our packages are inclusive double/triple occupancy room. 
As you are single traveler, single occupancy room to be provided for an extra
supplement to be checked in package or you have choice to pay less
supplement and share room with other 03 single travelers.

 

Q. Can you accommodate me with anyone because I don’t want to pay single traveler supplement ?

You have to pay less amount as single occupancy
supplement in case you agree to share room with other single travelers.

 

Q. What type of room you provides ?

Please check room type here applicable for single booking made for specified number of travelers.

1 person – 1 room on single occupancy or 1 room on sharing basis (double or triple occupancy) (extra supplement is applicable in both cases)

2 person – 1 room on double occupancy

3 person – 1 room on triple occupancy

4 person – 2 rooms on double occupancy or 1 Family Room (as per your choice)

5 person – 1 rooms on double occupancy + 1 room on triple occupancy

6 person – Either 3 rooms on double occupancy or 2 rooms on triple occupancy (as per your choice)

 

Q. Can I choose my dates ?

A. No, all our fixed departures are with fixed dates that can not be changed.

 

Q. Is there any meal included ?

A. Please check inclusions in package you select. Usually our packages are inclusive breakfast. We stop our bus at a place where all types of restaurants are available where you can take your lunch/dinner on direct payment.

 

Q. Where can I check flight, hotel, itinerary and other details in package ?

A. Please click on the package you are interested. Inside the package details these are tabs to check flights, hotel, itinerary, inclusion and all other details.


Q. What type of vehicle you use for sightseeing tour ?

A. We usually use Mercedes Benz Buses however it is not guaranteed as final vehicle to be decided as per group size however all our vehicles are equipped with AC and comfortable seats.


Q. What places to be covered during sightseeing ?

A. We try to cover all places given in itinerary in each departure however sometimes our bus not able to reach some places due to whether, road block or other condition; in this case we can either change places or customer have option to go by small car on direct payment basis.


Q. I am making booking from India, do I need to pay any extra conversion charges as I can see your conversion rate given on website is 1 AED = 21 Rs. but market conversion is different.

Being a UAE based company, conversion charges applicable in case payment made by any international card not issued by any UAE bank. Conversion charges Rs. 21 = 1 AED is fixed for all booking(s) made for any package on website from India by any credit or debit card issued by any Indian bank however real-time applicable conversion and transaction charge (if applicable by your bank) may be charged by your bank on your card. The difference of our fixed conversion that is 21 Rs. = 1 AED and real-time applicable market price of currency change (online or offline) to be paid by customer.

Q. Any extra supplement or charges to be paid by me ?

Point 1. Our basic package is not inclusive sightseeing tour and travel insurance. 

Point 2. In Georgia, while going to Kazbegi in sightseeing tour, our bus goes up to a certain point after which it is narrow street to be covered by small Jeeps that to be paid directly by customer.

Point 3. Meals (lunch & dinner) not inclusive in our basic package.

Point 4. We provides 1 water bottle per person during sightseeing per day, any extra bottles to be purchased on direct payment basis.

Point 5. Customer to pay extra charges in case our bus can not go to any place given in itinerary due to whether, road block or any other condition.

Point 6. In case sightseeing tour taken, we charge for bus, petrol, driver and all toll taxes. Other charges like monument's entry fee, small car, cable car to be paid directly by customers.


Q. What is the best period to travel to Georgia ?

A. Georgia is famous for its all year round travel opportunities. Depending on the activities pursued travelers find it attractive to visit basically any time of the year. Spring (starting from April till early June) and autumn (from September to late November) are the best seasons for those who prefer cultural and historical tours, as the weather is mostly warm, with occasional wind and rain. Summer is great in Georgia, especially if you decide to spend it trekking high in the mountains of Svaneti, Kazbegi or Tusheti, or travel to the Western part of the country to enjoy the Black Sea. Winter time is very popular among ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Gudauri and Bakuriani winter resorts are the first to pop up in mind.

Q. How much money a person is allowed to bring in cash to Georgia

There is no cash limit a visitor may bring to Georgia. 
But if the amount exceeds 30,000 GEL (Georgian Lari) or its
equivalent it is necessary to fill out a custom declaration form and declare your money.

Q. What is the currency in Georgia ?

National currency of Georgia is Lari (GEL).
1 USD = 2.56 GEL & 1 AED = 0.70 GEL (keep changing) .
Currently there are lari banknotes of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 denominations, and coins of 1 and 2 laris. 

Q. Is Georgian food suitable for vegetarians ?

There are a number of vegetarian friendly dishes in traditional Georgian cuisine.
Among the most popular dishes are Khachapuri
(cheese filled pies or cheese filled breads that vary depending on the region),
Khinkali (Georgian dumplings; make sure you order them with either cheese,
mushrooms or vegetables), Lobio or Lobiani (bean stew served in a clay jar),
baked mushrooms with Sulguni cheese (traditionally served in a clay pot),
Churchkhella (Georgian candy made from grape jelly and nut), Jonjoli
(pickled shrub flowers), walnut paste and some more.

Q. What is the difference between traditional Georgian wine making and European way of wine making ?

Georgian traditional wine making process is different from that of European wines.
Winemaking traditions that count 8000 years of history, today mainly concentrated in Kakheti,
Eastern region of the country. The major distinguishing feature is that wine is
fermented and stored in Qvevris – egg-shaped earthenware vessels. Qvevri
is buried under the ground, that way an optimal temperature for ageing and
storage is guaranteed. Traditional Qvevri wines are unique in their
composition and have rich distinctive bouquet and taste.
The most widespread are dry and semi-dry red and white wines.

Q. Georgian alphabet is unique. Are street signs in Georgia displayed in other languages ?

All major cities of Georgia have street signs in two languages, Georgian and English. 
There are also English language direction signs and brief explanatory notes in most
tourist places like Tbilisi old town, center of Batumi, or main tourist attractions
throughout the country.

Q. Are credit cards accepted in Georgia ?

A. VISA, MasterCard cards are accepted almost everywhere in Georgia.

Q. Is it possible to exchange Georgian lari (GEL) back into Euro or US Dollars at departure ?

Yes, lari can be exchanged in Tbilisi international airport, 
as well as at any other international airports or train stations in
Georgia, or at any currency exchange booths throughout the country.
Exchange booths mostly operate with the following currencies:
US dollar, Euro, Turkish lira, UK pound, Russian ruble. Depending
on the amount to be exchanged you may be required to present your ID.
